1. Definition

(a) “ipaymy” refers to ipaymy Technologies Pte. Ltd. which is a Singapore registered company providing software as a service (SaaS) which can be found at https://ipaymy.com.

(b) “Payment” refers to salary, rental or invoice payment such as tax, insurance, condo fees made on the ipaymy platform by a Referee.

(c) “Referral Promo Code” refers to a one-time promo code provided to Referees which provides a nominal discount off the ipaymy fee on their first payment. The nominal amounts are based on country are:

2. To qualify as a “Referrer” under the terms of this promotion

(a) The Referrer shall not refer themselves as Referees for the Promotion.

(b) The Referrer shall not create duplicate accounts various aliases to avail the benefit of referral program.

3. A "Successful Referral" means

(a) A Referee signs up for an ipaymy account via the Referrer’s unique invite link.

(b) The Referee makes a successful first payment. A successful payment on the ipaymy Platform is one which compiles with the Platform’s Terms and Conditions, has a valid Referral Promo Code applied and where the funds have been successfully transferred to the beneficiary (i.e. status is ‘Completed’).

4. Referral and Reward Promotion Code(s)

(a) When a Referee signs up for an ipaymy account via the Referrer’s unique invite link, the Referee will receive a Referral Promo Code via email that can redeemed on the first payment.

(b) After the Referee makes a payment with their Referral Program Code and the status of the payment updates to ‘Completed’ a Reward Promo Code will be sent to the Referrer via email.

(c) Both Referral Promo Code and Reward Promo codes will have a validity of 30 days from issuance.

5. General Terms

(a) ipaymy’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Referral Program shall be final, binding and irrevocable.

(b) ipaymy’s reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or other promotional material advertising the Promotion.

(c) ipaymy or its employees including the third-party providers used by ipaymy shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, injuries sustained by the Referrer or Referee or another person in connection with this Referral Program.

(d) ipaymy shall not be held responsible for the loss or expiry of any Promo Code to which the Referrer or the Referee is eligible.

(e) ipaymy shall not process any refunds or be responsible in any manner if either the Referee does not sign up for an account via the Referrer’s unique invite link or the Referee or Referrer forget to use their Promo Code.

(f) The collection, use, storage and disclosure of any personal data by any person shall be governed by ipaymy’s privacy policy and ipaymy website terms and conditions.

(g) Any dispute arising in connection with this referral program shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Singapore and each participant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

(h) The updated terms and conditions shall not apply retrospectively.
