How it works

iPaymy is easy to use with Xero. In Xero, simply issue an invoice using an iPaymy branding theme. An e-mail is sent to your customer with a link to make a payment with their preferred credit card. Once the funds are deposited into your bank account the payment is automatically updated as paid in your Xero account.

To connect iPaymy to Xero simply:

  • Login or create an account at ipaymy.com
  • Register your business
  • Click the check box to enable Xero integration in the business registration
  • Enter your bank account details

Creating an iPaymy account is absolutely free. A flat license fee is applied to every payment received. You make the call on who pays it: yourself or your customer.

The license fee varies based on the credit card that is used for the payment. A Singapore issued Visa or Mastercard carry a 2.25% license fee while American Express and International cards carry a 3.3% license fee.

For example, if you customer made a $100 payment with a Singapore issued Visa card the total amount would be $102.25.

iPaymy currently only pays out to Singapore bank accounts. However, iPaymy accepts all international Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
