In the Real Estate market we provide tenants, agents, and landlords in Singapore with an easy and secure way to make and receive rental payments and deposits, keep track of lease obligations, and coordinate property maintenance.

We also offer the ability to make payments for services related to Real Estate including maintenance & repairs. See the full range of "My Other Payments" when logged in, from the Dashboard.

Our number one concern at iPaymy is ensuring that the information and privacy of our users are protected.

To do this, we use industry-leading technology to keep your information safe.

All credit card and account information is stored in a PCI DSS compliant network which is a requirement by the Card Schemes (Visa and Mastercard).

iPaymy does not store bank account, credit card, or any other sensitive information on our site. This ensures that any sensitive information you do provide will remain secure and encrypted in off-site servers through multiple security precautions.

We are currently working on a mobile app so in the meantime, our website is optimised for use on mobile phones and tablets.

iPaymy is completely free to use. However, we do levy a license fee on payments made by credit cards. Our license fees for credit cards can be found here www.ipaymy.com/pricing

Business Days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. A standard week consists of five Business Days.

Yes, absolutely. Property owners and agents do not need to sign-up to iPaymy for you to get started. Just register at www.ipaymy.com to start earning rewards and reduce the stress of managing your rental property today.

iPaymy offers the ability to pay for rent and property rental related expenses including but not limited to Rental deposits. This functionality can be found within "Other expenses" menu option. We are working hard to offer other payment options including mortgage payments. Stay tuned for updates through our Facebook page.

Log in to your iPaymy account and from "My Properties" choose "Register my Property NOW" and you will be prompted to enter your rental property details, upload your Tenancy Agreement. Then add in your Landlord’s name & bank account details. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details.

Log in to your iPaymy account and from "My Other Payments" choose "Make Other Payments". Enter your recipients name & bank account details, the purpose for your payment (eg. trade services), and a description. You will be prompted to upload an invoice or similar document related to your payment. Then enter your credit card details to complete the transaction.

Please ensure you allow appropriate time for payments to be processed to avoid late payments. Refer to other FAQ that outline these details.

To keep us on the right side of banking regulations around anti-money laundering policies within Singapore please upload your Tenancy Agreement for your address via "My Documents".

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Our team is working very hard to offer more payment options and these will be coming in early in 2017. Stay tuned for updates through our Facebook page

iPaymy is completely free to use, however there is a license fee for payments made by credit card. Our license fees for credit card payments can be found at www.ipaymy.com/pricing

Your payment will be processed as soon as you enter your credit card details, however your landlord will receive the payment 5 business days later. We will send you an SMS once payment has been made successfully to your landlord.

The Landlord will receive funds into their account up to 5 business days after your payment has been successfully authorised. We will send an SMS to both the tenant and landlord once payment has been made successfully.

You may not have enough credit available on the card or your issuing bank may have declined your payment. Please contact your bank to identify the problem.

By paying with your credit card, you have the benefit of earning reward points from your credit card provider such as airline miles, shopping and restaurant vouchers. Please note that credit card rewards are offered at the discretion of your card provider and will vary from one provider to the next.

To create an account, click the sign-up button found on the iPaymy homepage at www.ipaymy.com. If you have received an iPaymy invitation from your Property Agent or Landlord, you can click on the sign-up button found in the email. Once your account has been created, accept the confirmation email sent to you and log in.

Some email clients may take longer to receive our confirmation email. Please also check if the email has landed in your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received a confirmation email after ten minutes, please get in touch with us at [email protected]

When logged in to iPaymy, access your settings from the menu on the top-left of your screen then select the "account" tab to change your password.

Select "forgot my password" on the login page and key in the email address you used to sign up with iPaymy.

Log in to your iPaymy account and from "My Properties" choose "Register my Property NOW" and you will be prompted to enter your rental property details, upload your Tenancy Agreement. Then add in your Landlord’s name & bank account details. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details.
